Once a print order has been placed and sent to production we are unable to stop it to make changes. Prints are loaded into a queue so it is very difficult to halt production for one job to make small changes. We encourage that you carefully look over your artwork to make sure it is print-ready before placing your print order. If you had us design your prints for you, please pay close attention to the proofs your designer sends you before approval as once they are approved they will be sent to print and cannot be taken out of production.
