Please contact us right away if you have an issue regarding your prints like not receiving them, damaged prints, incorrect art, wrong product, etc so that we may look into it and determine what happened.
If we determine that it was an error on our part then in most cases we will reprint your job for you and get it out to you as soon as possible. If in the event we are unable to reprint your job then we will issue a credit or a refund at our discretion.
