If you host and / or maintain your site through us and are experiencing technical difficulties then you may contact us during business hours so that a member of our support team can assist. All of our web hosting and maintenance packages include unlimited basic website support that can really help you if your site ever experiences a problem.
While all of our maintenance packages cover the most common web-related issues, it is important to remember that your service level is determined by the support package you order and if an issue arises that is not covered by your current plan or is caused by an outside party we may not be able to assist you and are not accountable for what happens to your site. We highly recommend keeping as many of your web services internalized through AGS Design to avoid issues and give yourself the greatest deal of support.
