While our goal certainly is to meet your expectations, we understand this does not happen right away all the time. That is why all of our design packages come with a set amount of revisions to give you the option to make changes if need be.

How revisions work:

When you order design services after your designer has completed the initial concept they will email you proof to review and approve or make changes. If you decide to make changes then each time you reply to proof with requests it counts as one revision towards your project. 

We encourage that you carefully review proofs so that you can include as many requests in one reply as you can to make the most out of your allowed revisions. If you require more revisions than are included in your package then you may order more for an additional fee. The additional revision fee depends on the type of project you ordered.
